Rentals
Made up of several connected gallery spaces, this first-floor venue offers a dynamic area for your gathering, which will take place surrounded by our latest art exhibitions.

Times Available: After-hour rentals only (Sun-Mon all day, Tues-Fri after 6 PM, and Saturdays after 4 PM).
The Gallery
Our mainstage theater is outfitted with full lighting and sound systems, a projector and screen, and removable split-level orchestra seating. This space offers an elevated environment for your reception or gathering with banquet-style seating or a welcoming theater for your performance or screening.
Capacity: 226 with orchestra seats or 135-150 with banquet seating
Pricing: Starting at $1,250; subject to additional fees for changes to seating configurations, tech, and more.
Times Available: Varied. Full weekend wedding rates are available.
Maguire Theater
This spacious third-floor room boasts high, original inlaid wood ceilings, and no shortage of natural light. Book the Twiford Room for your meeting, luncheon, or an intimate ceremony or recital.
Capacity: 100 standing, 50-75 seated
Pricing: Starting at $100/hour

Twiford Room
Located around the corner from our main building on N. Poindexter Street,
this is a flex space used for classes, workshops, and creative endeavors. While the studio is not currently open for event rentals, feel free to contact us at
